My Story
A seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in leadership, operations, and business development, I have a proven track record of navigating the challenges of growth in dynamic industries.
In 2010, a pivotal moment shaped the trajectory of my career. After a hailstorm struck my hometown, I answered a Craigslist ad for an assistant role with a salesman named Mike, who had recently suffered a fall and broken both of his wrists. Despite the setback, Mike’s resilient attitude—believing that action, not complaining, would lead to success—left a lasting impression. Over the next two years, I quickly progressed within the company, eventually managing millions in production.
In 2014, Mike and his business partner Tom founded a new company, bringing me on board to help lead their growth. Over the next decade, I honed my expertise through a combination of successes and challenges, managing teams and departments across multiple regions, including St. Louis and Chicago.
From holding a ladder in Wisconsin to leading multi-million-dollar operations in Chicago, I have gained invaluable experience in both hands-on roles and strategic management. Driven by a passion for growth and development, I am eager to share my lessons learned and help others navigate their own paths to success.
